Terms of use
Last updated 30 October 2026
The rules for using our website. Product terms are in your contract.
In short
- These terms cover this website. Our products are governed by your contract.
- You may read, share and link to our pages, but not present our content or brand as your own.
- Illustrative engagements and demo data show how we work. They are not client results.
- The website is general information, not advice for your situation.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.apporine.com (the “website”), run by Apporine (“we” or “us”). Apporine is in the process of incorporation in England and Wales; our registered details will be added here once registration completes. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
They don’t cover our products or services. Those are governed by the contract you sign with us, which takes precedence over anything on this website.
02Using our website
You may browse, read and share our pages for your own information, and to evaluate our products and services.
You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- interfere with how the website works, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
- collect content or data from the website by automated means, other than search engine indexing.
If you find a security weakness, please report it to us as our Trust centre describes, rather than testing it further.
03Intellectual property
The names Apporine, Relyxus and Veryion, our logos and the Falcon mark, and the content of this website, including its text, design, images, film and code, belong to Apporine or to its licensors.
You may quote or link to our pages with a clear credit. You may not copy, adapt or reuse our content, names or marks as your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
04Information on this site
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information, not advice for your organisation. Decisions should rest on a conversation with us and on the terms of a contract.
Illustrative engagements describe representative scenarios that show how we work. They are not the results of a named client. Client case studies are shared under NDA.
Product screens marked DEMO DATA show real or faithfully recreated product interfaces filled with demonstration data. The companies, people and figures in them are fictional.
Figures marked “Measured in our test environment” come from our own test environment, not from a client’s production systems.
05Links to other sites
The website links to sites we don’t control, such as LinkedIn. We aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your data: their own terms and privacy notices apply.
06Liability
We provide the website as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that arises from using it or from relying on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
08Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
09Contact
